Bsc Minor

The BSc Minor Innovation and Entrepreneurship focuses on the value of knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship in life sciences, environmental sciences and agriculture. Students will become familiar with the interplay between the production of science and technology and the commercialization of academic knowledge and design.

Msc Track

The Master Track Entrepreneurship is a comprehensive program focusing on innovative, sustainable entrepreneurship within the Wageningen domains (i.e. food and food production, living environment, health, lifestyle and livelihood). Theory and practice will be combined in interactive and thought provoking education. The program provides you with the opportunity to increase collaboration with entrepreneurial minded stakeholders in and outside the university.

PhD candidates and Postdocs: Entrepreneurship in and outside Science

Entrepreneurship is a key element to drive innovation. Next to demonstrating scientific excellence, young academics with an entrepreneurial attitude can often contribute directly to more societal relevance and economic impact based on their research.

This workshop focusses on whether participants have entrepreneurial skills, if they can be developed and on how to develop a feasible proposition. Accordingly the workshop looks at the different manifestations of intra/entrepreneurship in academia, private companies or in an start-up context and the tools to develop a new product or service from scientific insights. This course is for PhD candidates and Postdocs who are curious in what a career in entrepreneurship and business has to offer.
