About fablab

FabLab is an open workspace where everyone can come to create and/or innovate using digital technology while sharing their experiences. FabLab offers high-tech machinery such as laser cutters, 3D-printers, and many more. You are able to make products that – until recently – were too complicated or too expensive to obtain for individuals or small groups, using digital design- and manufacturing techniques.

In general, a FabLab aims to make high-tech appliances within reach of everyone interested. Every FabLab works with the ‘Open Source / Open Design’ -concept, where knowledge and experience are shared instead of shielded off with patents.
